Everything about this balloon trip gets top marks!
The communications were great with flexibility around lockdown restrictions and finding the best day to fly.
The team were cheerful, competent, and most importantly felt very safe. I saw carry out checks and the equipment looked clean and well-maintained.
And the best bit of course was the flight. Myself and my mum were both surprised how smooth and gentle it all felt, the wonderful feeling of soft gliding, gentle pace, the swoops down and the lift up. The scenery was superb. Yorkshire is beautiful.
The length of the trip was perfect and felt spacious and leisurely. The landing was steady and controlled and the pack up was fun to take a small part in. The shared fizz was just a lovely touch and a super way to end the experience and so special to have these photos and videos along with our own.
The value for money was immensely good and I would have been willing to pay a good deal more for such a well organised experience.
