This year’s EBF was another classic festival, with flying every day. The EBF is held each year during July in Igualada a small town 40 km to the west of Barcelona.
Over 50 teams attended, mostly from Catalonia, but also from Spain, Switzerland, Italy, Israel, Belgium, Brazil, India, France, Monaco, Mexico, Holland and the UK.
Our team (No.25) consisted of my daughter Georgina, long term crew chief and retrieve driver David Pitfield, newbie Mim and Pete Davies my gyrocopter instructor. We didn’t win any prize money, but we still had excellent flights and a great deal of fun. Thanks to you all for your enthusiasm and for never being late!
