Now that we are moving towards Autumn, “the season of mists and mellow fruitfulness” the preferred time of day shifts towards afternoon flights. Having endured a couple of recent disappointing morning cancellations, it is often a reluctant move. However as you can see from the video it is a great time of day to fly and with the sun low in the sky towards the end of the flight it brings added atmosphere.
